Plan and Plant Design was started by professional women—an architect, landscape designer, interior designer and a residential construction project manager. Plan & Plant Packages

Architecture & Garden Package

$749

Our professional team includes an architect and landscape designer who will create a custom rendering of your home with ideas to achieve the ultimate curb appeal. This illustrative image will include our suggestions for the house as well as landscape improvements for the home view you provide. The rendering is a great tool to use when meeting with your contractor or landscape professional to guide them to the look you would like to achieve.

Package includes a personal shopping list of home and garden product recommendations. This may include doors, exterior lights‚ walkways‚ and planters‚ among others.

One revision is included if submitted in the first 72 hours after you receive your custom plan. Costs for additional revisions will apply.

Interiors Package

$499 per room

Customized design plan for any one room with a visualization of your room and floor plan. Two collaboration calls with the designer to discuss your wishes for the space. Two revisions to make sure the space is exactly the room of your dreams!

Garden Package

$495

Our professional landscape designer will create a custom rendering to enhance your curb appeal. You will receive a new illustrative image using a recent photo of a single view of your home. With this package you will receive a detailed plant list with such details as plant size‚ zone consideration and site plan.
